Spicy Shrimp Zoodles

2 zoodles spiralized
8-10 shrimp
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp sea spice blend @spicecave (or 1/2 tsp lemon pepper and oregano)
1/2 tsp fire spice blend @spicecave (or 1/4 tsp paprika and cayenne pepper to taste)
Heat coconut oil, add garlic and sautée 1 minute. Add shrimp and seasoning and sautée another 3-5 minutes till shrimp are well coated. Remove from pan and set aside.
1/4 cup broth (vegetable or chicken)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped grape tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
Add broth to the pan used for the shrimp and stir together leftover spices and broth together. Add in tomatoes and spinach, simmer till cooked. Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese, simmer another 1-2 minutes. Add raw zoodles and cooked shrimp to the pan and toss till everything is coated and zoodles are cooked to desired softness. Can be topped with parmasean cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
