Braise a large sliced onion in little oil.
Add 3 bay leaves
3 all spice
3 cloves
A heaped tsp on garlic and ginger paste
Salt & pepper to taste
Add about 400gram lamb or mutton mince meat and braise untill a nice brown colour. Add little bits of water as required.
Add 4 potatoes halved and simmer on low heat until soft.
Add a cup of frozen peas and stir and cook for a further 10 minutes or so.
Serve with rice or bread.
