Ingredients to need:

– An eggplant.

– A liter of water.

Preparation and method of use:

We are going to peel the eggplant, once peeled we cut it into slices. Now, we put the water on the stove over medium heat, when it starts to boil we add the eggplant slices and let it cook for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest until it cools.

Once cold, we filter to remove the seeds from the eggplant and divide the liquid into three portions, the first should be taken on an empty stomach, the second before lunch and the third and last before going to sleep. For best results, massage the painful area with a little olive oil and leave it on overnight.
