INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 350 g of peanut butter
  • 50 gr
  • 1/4 cup honey

WAY OF PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender (multi-practice) and mix.
  3. Distribute the contents in 6 greased muffin tins (or in tins with paper coasters).
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. When the muffins have cooled, take them out of the mold and serve.
