
Here are the ingredients you need to make Peaches and Cream Crepes:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 large eggs

2 tbsp almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

2 peaches, sliced

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

planted based whipped topping or cream

powdered sugar (optional)
makes 3 crepes

Mix together the sliced peaches with the coconut sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

Whisk the protein powder, eggs and almond milk (& vanilla extract if using).

Heat a nonstick pan on medium low. Once hot, spoon 1/3 of the batter into the pan and spread the batter out thinly and evenly to fry your thin pancake.

Cook until slightly browned, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add your peaches into the crepe and hold in half, and then in half again.

Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
