Avocado Toast 4 Ways

2 slices whole wheat bread (or any)
1 small avocado (or 1/2 a large), quartered (half smashed, half sliced)
1 tomato halved, one half sliced and the other chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh blackberries, mashed
2 teaspoons crumbled feta
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons crumbled queso fresco
1 teaspoon cilantro leaves
Toast the bread to desired crispness and cut in half.
Spread avocado evenly on each piece and top accordingly (from left to right): Smashed topped with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Smashed topped with smashed blackberries and feta. Sliced and drizzled with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Sliced and topped with chopped tomatoes, queso fresco, cilantro and salt and pepper.
