Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon with a Pineapple Avocado topping

I love making salmon in the air fryer, I think it gives it such a good texture! Happy Sunday everyone!

Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon:
1 lb Salmon
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp garlic powder
pink himalayan salt
Olive Oil
In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic, and salt.
In a large, shallow bowl, add the salmon. Brush the honey mixture on top. Let the salmon marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Grease the air fryer basket if needed (depends on the air fryer) with olive oil.
Add the salmon to the basket, skin side down. Air fry for 12 minutes.

Pineapple Avocado Salsa:
1 cup pineapple
1 avocado
1/4 cup red onion
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp chili powder
Sprinkle of salt
Chop the pineapple, avocado, red onion. Add to a bowl and then add the lime juice and seasoning.
